  4. Acknowledgment and Appreciation: Every donor receives a heartfelt thank-you for their contribution via the Charity they select. For significant donations, Caremobile’s Charity partner will provide detailed acknowledgment including the impact of their gift.
  5. Transparency in Reporting: We offer regular updates and reports on how donations being made are making a difference with our Charity partners. This includes sharing successes, challenges, and the overall impact of the Caremobile program.

Caremobile Donation Rules and Guidelines

To ensure a productive, respectful, and safe environment for both our donor’s and Charity partners, we at Caremobile have established a set of rules and policies around donations. These guidelines are designed to help maintain order, clarify expectations, and support our shared goals. Caremobile’s donation rules and guidelines are created with the intention of promoting fairness, consistency, and transparency. They cover a range of topics, including privacy, compliance, and ethical behaviour.

1. Transparency and Accountability

  • Disclosure: Caremobile will state how donations will be used and provide regular updates on their impact via our website and through our alliance with our Charity partner’s websites.
  • Accounting: Caremobile will provide accurate and detailed records of all donations received and expenditures.
  • Audits: Caremobile will conduct periodic audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance with legal requirements.


2. Acceptable Donations

  • Compliance: Caremobile will ensure donations comply with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Prohibition: Caremobile will not accept donations from sources that could harm the organisation’s reputation or mission, such as illicit or unethical sources.
  • Regulations: Caremobile will adhere to all applicable regulations and reporting requirements related to fundraising and donations.
  • Disclosures: Caremobile will make financial reports, including donation details, available to Charities and/or Stakeholders required or requested pursuant to federal / state or territory law.
  • Refunds: Caremobile has a strict policy for refunding donations if required, such as in cases of erroneous or fraudulent transactions


3. Donor Privacy

  • Confidentiality: Caremobile will protect the personal information of donors and use it only for purposes related to the donation.
  • Opt-Out: Caremobile will provide donors with an option to remain anonymous or to opt-out of future communications.
  • Respect: Caremobile will treat all donors with respect and dignity. Avoid aggressive or misleading solicitation practices.
  • Integrity: Caremobile will ensure that all fundraising activities and campaigns are truthful and do not misrepresent the organisations or Charity partner/’s needs or goals.

4. Receipt and Acknowledgment

  • Receipts: Caremobile will provide written acknowledgment for all donations, including the amount and date of the donation. For donations over a certain amount, including a description of the Charity and any tax-deductible status.
  • Thank You: Caremobile from time to time, will send thank-you notes or messages to acknowledge and appreciate the donor’s contribution, via Caremobile or it’s Charity partners.
  • Disclosure: Caremobile will disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to donations and ensure that decisions are made impartially.
  • Handling Fee on Donations: To ensure the effective management and processing of your generous contributions, Caremobile will apply a handling fee on certain donation types.
    • Monthly Donations from your access fee/s attract a 0% Handling Fee.
    • Any Extra Donations / contributions that you make above and beyond your normal monthly access fee donations will attract an 8.8% handling fee.
    • This small fee helps cover administrative costs and ensures that your support can be directed where it’s most needed. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work together to make a meaningful impact to our Charity partners.
