At Care Mobile, we recognize our role and responsibilities in protecting and upholding human rights. We understand that our operations and relationships with suppliers and partners can directly and indirectly impact the rights of others.

This Policy reflects Care Mobile’s commitment to respecting human rights, identifying, and addressing risks in our operations and supply chains.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all Care Mobile employees, contractors, and entities. It also forms part of our Supplier Code of Conduct, requiring compliance from all contracted third-party suppliers and partners.

3. Our Human Rights Commitments

4. Implementation

Care Mobile conducts due diligence to identify and mitigate human rights risks in its operations and supply chain. We require our suppliers and contractors to uphold these commitments, which are enforced through compliance clauses in contracts.

Training is provided to employees and suppliers on this Policy, and concerns can be reported through designated channels.

5. Reporting Concerns

Care Mobile encourages employees and contractors to report human rights concerns to their manager or appropriate leadership. Reports can also be submitted anonymously through Care Mobile’s Whistleblower Policy.

We are committed to investigating concerns promptly and addressing any human rights harm through appropriate remediation.

6. Policy Review

This Policy is reviewed annually or in response to changes in laws or regulations. Compliance is mandatory, and violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
