These Terms and Conditions apply to the Care Mobile Charity Partner Staff and Volunteer Promotion (“Promotion”), offering 20% off eligible Care Mobile plans for six (6) months.
- Eligibility
1.1 This Promotion is available exclusively to staff and volunteers of Care Mobile’s charity partners who have been invited to participate.
1.2 The Promotion is valid for new Care Mobile services only. Existing Care Mobile services, plan changes, or reactivations are not eligible.
- Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion is valid for services activated between 12 November 2025 and 3 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 Activations completed outside the Promotion Period will not qualify.
- Discount Details
3.1 Eligible customers will receive a 20% discount, applied as a discount credit on their Care Mobile bill/invoice.
3.2 The discount credit will be applied for six (6) consecutive billing months.
3.3 To avoid prorated discount calculations, the discount will be applied to billed months 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the service.
- Billing Information
4.1 Upon activation, each customer is assigned a billing cycle number between 1 and 28.
4.2 Your bill is issued at the end of your billing cycle, typically 2 days after the billing month ends. Your exact bill date can be viewed in your online account.
4.3 Example: If your billing cycle is “3”, your bill will be issued on the 5th of each month and due on the 19th of that month.
4.4 Your first bill will include:
- A charge for the month of service already used; and
- A charge for the month in advance.
4.5 From your second bill onwards, you will be charged one month in advance, plus any applicable additional charges (e.g., instalments, excess usage, etc.).
- Additional Conditions
5.1 This Promotion cannot be transferred, exchanged, or used in conjunction with any other Care Mobile promotional offer.
5.2 The discount applies only to your base mobile plan fee and does not apply to extra charges such as device instalments, international add-ons, excess usage fees, or other optional services.
5.3 Care Mobile reserves the right to verify eligibility and may remove the discount if the customer is found ineligible.
5.4 Care Mobile reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this Promotion at any time.
- General
6.1 All services are provided in accordance with the Care Mobile Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA) and Fair Use Policy.
6.2 By activating a service during the Promotion Period, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
